In response to this persons complaints upon my company, I have NOW had enough of these ridiculous statementsThere is nothing else on my side that needs to be attended toI have completed all services that I was hired to do in a professional
mannerNothing I can do for them is adequateThey received a beautiful job
This customer damaged their floor shortly after installation and I gave them a price, below cost, to repair it for themAgain, it wasn't enoughThey keep bringing up issues that have been rectified and, some that did not even exist
I, as a respectable proprietor of this business for over years am responding with "I'VE HAD ENOUGH of this customer"There is nothing more I can do to appease them
I could go on and on concerning this matter but it's now gotten to the point of being ridiculousI have a reputable business to run and I cannot give any more time and energy on this issueFor the first time in years this is the first complaint with such absurd accusationsI cannot allow them to harass me and my employees any longerIt must STOP!
