processedThis must be a technical issue that we are looking into
The customer also sent an email on August 20th, which was overlookedThis is truly an unfortunate combination of events
However, we did not get any email communication from this customer after August 20thThe chat function on the website provides the option to leave a message, which the customer also did not useThese messages go straight into my personal inbox to make sure that any issues that may be overlooked by someone else do get resolved by me
I understand and agree with the customer's dissatisfaction and responded via email to her today, offering to ship the item, an horse bit, immediately and additional free items to the customer or alternatively refunding the purchase price
Please let me know if there is anything else you would suggestI am very much interested in resolving this issue and avoiding any future issues
