Review: We call [redacted] to come out and move our compressor/condensor unit over 2 feet for a patio installation. This involved reclaiming the refrigerant, moving the unit and then pumping the refrigerant back in. First they were 3 hours late, then they showed up and started to reclaim the refrigerant but couldn't for some reason. They said they didn't have the right tools. They said they needed to go and get them. They went to their truck and then within a few minutes came back to the door and said they couldn't do the job. My husband said fine. We hadn't paid them anything despite giving us pretty crappy customer service. Then my husband turned on the AC and it didn't work. The unit is only 6 months old so it had to be something [redacted]'s employees did. We called them to find out what they did and they would not return our calls. We called another company and they came out the next day only to find out [redacted]'s employees left the valve shut. Running the unit with the valve shut may of caused damage to the unit.The new company was out and repaired it and said it was running ok but if there is damage we may not know it right away.Desired Settlement: If there is damage to our unit we would like [redacted] to pay the other company for the repair. I do not want him or his crew at our house. We have found another reputable company and will use them for all future service and repairs.
