The company did respond to me and I did receive the $reimbursement that I was requestingI can therefore say this issue is resolved although I am obviously still very unhappy with my experience and their business practices

We had to do a mid roof inspection from the city on this property and it passed
If there had been a problem the city would have failed it and we would of had to do the corrections before they would let us continue with the replacement
We will contact the city to do the final inspectionBut we do need to deliver a ladder for the city to do the inspection they do not carry there own ladders

fraudulent claim, I am really bothered by this the ease of accusation and utter dis respect and how easy it is to not except fault in this, the customer is very quick to states we are at fault but not once has she said its possible she ran into something by distraction or just
mistake even her husband said she may have hit a bird , mirrors don't just fall out!!! they can try to make up possibility and what ifs and thoeries I also have a few of my own and none of them are in conjunction with the repair , I have witness to the fact the mirror had a impact and knocked the mirror glass out and even the customer confirmed that they also saw the point of impact and stated she heard I loud noise and looked over not knowing what had happened, it also knocked the mirror cover loose that I myself snapped back in place as the customer watchedcustomer picked up car and approved the awesome repair on 5-that is in fact well over days , bracken will not except any responsibilities of any kind and will not pay for any parts are labor related to the mirror, I am very disappointed in what I had believed was a good customer that was extremely happy with every aspect of the repair when they picked up the car on 5/and now have turned on me for no legitimate reasoning at allI was wrong

*** *** met with *** *** on 8-11-at 9:a.mand went over the popped nail issue in front of the house. He showed him that all nails were properly pounded downAt that time *** *** agreed and said to finish the roof
The water damage in the basement is from a
prior leak. *** explained to him that the amount of money he was getting from the insurance company should be enough to cover that repair also
*** referred a drywall person to *** *** to do the repairs in the basement but we do not know if he ever heard from him
We did not know that *** *** was still upset about this he told *** everything was fine
We will be getting in contact with *** *** 11-03/to see what we need to do to try and get this resolved

I am rejecting this response because: 1. I want the shingles removed and the nails extracted and/or pounded down. There were tears in the tar paper over the garage and the nails were protruding thus letting moisture under the shingles and weep through existing holes where the nails were extrac2. When the (3) layers of the roof were removed. I questioned the foreman on the job that was replacing the roof and he told me that a lot of nails were hard to see because of the sunlight.3. The houses in this area are 3-feet apart, there is no way to keep all the debris off of the neighboring propertiesWe do clean up when we are finished. We did ask for a copy of the estimate for damages and never received anything. We also offered to replace damaged sod at the time of the complaint and told them it is winter and not a good time to replace it so we could do it in the spring. We will be happy to take care of the sod in the spring of when weather permits. I am rejecting this response because:I have had my car inspected by another body shop on 6-28-2017, that verified the passenger mirror has not been impacted or suffered any exterior damage as Bracken Collision has stated, as the cause for the passenger mirror glass falling out, after their shop completed repairs under a Geico Insurance claimThe passenger side of the vehicle, including the passenger mirror, was included in the claim for repairs, and covered under the "Lifetime Warranty" that Bracken Collision claims to honor

Again a fraudulent statement , bracken did not dissassemble the mirror we removed and reinstalled it complete in no way Did we remove the glass of it , your mirror was impacted and it swung in and contacted the door glass just as I showed you and you agreed , the truth will set you free , again I am very disappointed in you for not standing by what you told me in person and what we discussed and saw on your mirror when you came in to the shop , the warranty is for workman ship it's not a maintenance plan to come back sum days later to get everything and anything you feel should be covered taken care of , I can only tell the truth I can not tell Geico anything different so you can get your mirror paid for and I don't appreciate you bring me into your web I have been nothing but professional and honest and did incredible repairs to your car and don't desevere this BS and slander , I too have rights as a consumer and a business owner and if this continues I will be forced to act

A phone conversation with the homeowner on Aug 18th in response to an emailWe informed him that some city's require the the painting of flashings, therefor we typically have our crews paint them all regardless of which city they are inWe told him we would inspect the roof the following day (Aug
19th)Upon inspection, we noted corrections needed per city code requirementsThese corrections were addressed on Aug 20th and 24th
Prior to the corrections preformed on the 20th, the current owner at the time was left a message by our secretary informing him that the crew was going out to the homeOn Aug 21st *** took possession of the home, and we left a message for him on the 24th in regards to a correction not completed on the previous trip and we never received a responseAll corrections were made, the city of *** fineled the roof on Aug 26th

Reitz Roofing replied the City of Wheat Ridge Building Inspector would inspect the roof and all that was done was a Inspector from the City of Wheat Ridge drove by my residence and did not stop to inspect the roof.? (no ladder was provided per *** ***)There for no inspection was provided as per *** *** to have the City of Wheat Ridge to inspect.? ? (also please note that when the final inspection was done after the inspector left, that is when the nails were not extracted or pounded in to eliminate damage to the tar paper to deter water damage.)? 2.? Another complaint that was not mentioned other than the nail issue was the flashing around the fireplace chase was painted and no masking was done thus spray paint on the brick.? 3.? The water for the swamp cooler was not reattached to the roof and was left dangling.? 4.? There was a surplus of shingles left by the roofer and was to be picked up by the supplier and credited to my account.? Having said all of this Reitz Roofing did not complete their obligation.? This is a completed fabricated extortion attempt and in no way will ever any money be refunded . This customer made a insurance claim and was paid a lot more than what we charge he used the insurance companies rental reimbursement to its fullest he maxed out his policy and he did not pay his...

deductible , I am considering contacting the insurance company and giving them my estimate I repaired off of so they can seek reimbusment from him for repairs not completed as per their estimate and rental cost back to them since it sat at my shop for 30 days with no communication on the repairs from the customer and if they want to file insurance fraud against him it will be their deal ,

I am rejecting this response because:You are correct, glass on mirrors does not just fall out, there are pictures attached that were submitted to Geico on 6-26-2017, showing no physical damage or impact to the mirror.  Bracken Collision disassembled the passenger door, and mirror, and they were both included in the Geico claim for repair. The passenger mirror was not re-assembled correctly in the repair process by Bracken Collision, resulting in the glass falling out. Bracken Collision guarantees their work for a Lifetime, is a false claim made by Geico and Bracken Collision, as they are not providing repairs as per their contract.
