A phone conversation with the homeowner on Aug 18th in response to an emailWe informed him that some city's require the the painting of flashings, therefor we typically have our crews paint them all regardless of which city they are inWe told him we would inspect the roof the following day (Aug 19th)Upon inspection, we noted corrections needed per city code requirementsThese corrections were addressed on Aug 20th and 24th Prior to the corrections preformed on the 20th, the current owner at the time was left a message by our secretary informing him that the crew was going out to the homeOn Aug 21st [redacted] took possession of the home, and we left a message for him on the 24th in regards to a correction not completed on the previous trip and we never received a responseAll corrections were made, the city of [redacted] fineled the roof on Aug 26th
[redacted] met with [redacted] on 8-11-at 9:a.mand went over the popped nail issue in front of the houseHe showed him that all nails were properly pounded downAt that time [redacted] agreed and said to finish the roof The water damage in the basement is from a prior leak [redacted] explained to him that the amount of money he was getting from the insurance company should be enough to cover that repair also [redacted] referred a drywall person to [redacted] to do the repairs in the basement but we do not know if he ever heard from him We did not know that [redacted] was still upset about this he told [redacted] everything was fine We will be getting in contact with [redacted] 11-03/to see what we need to do to try and get this resolved

This is a completed fabricated extortion attempt and in no way will ever any money be refunded This customer made a insurance claim and was paid a lot more than what we charge he used the insurance companies rental reimbursement to its fullest he maxed out his policy and he did not pay his deductible , I am considering contacting the insurance company and giving them my estimate I repaired off of so they can seek reimbusment from him for repairs not completed as per their estimate and rental cost back to them since it sat at my shop for days with no communication on the repairs from the customer and if they want to file insurance fraud against him it will be their deal ,
