The company has sent three additional shipments without my request! I have called the telephone number on one of the boxes and each time I call it is a bunch of advertisements and button-pushing and there is NEVER a button to push for connecting with a customer representative I demand that the company cease and desist sending these shipments I want my money refunded that they have charged to my account! I will use ALL available legal actions available if they do not STOP these shipments and REFUND the charges to my account!

I ordered a sample on December 29th and paid $shipping and never received anything On February 12th the company charged my credit card $for a jar which I also did not receiveI called the number given to me by the bank and reached a call center for Rejulift and they claimed I am not in their system and they didn't charge me and when I asked to speak to a manager they hung up on me I called a toll free number I found for them on line and it wasn't a working numberI am no longer interested in their product as they are a dishonest very unprofessional company I want a full refund of the shipping for the sample I never received as well as the $charged after

Placed order on in February for Rejouvance and I was to pay only $The company deducted $from my bank account on 2/10/and on 2/23/they sent a shipment and charged my bank $89.92, on 3/23/charged my bank $for another shipment, 4/25/another charge of $for another shipment and on 5/22/there was another charge for $for another shipmentI called the company and told them I only ordered the first one for $and did not authorize the rest of the shipments but I was told that I had to have called them to cancelWhy did I have to cancel if I did not order themI know I should have called them right away but I have a lot of financial problems going on and dealing with my divorce of a year marriage that I am not thinking straight right now

I too received a trial item from this company Then I was charged for more product I returned the product since it said satisfaction guaranteed But this company refuses to refund the this product was returned and never opened I find them a negative company
