I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting the response from Rejuv as they are just wanting me to sign up for more sessions and pay more money. As I mentioned earlier, it was explained to me that no more photos were necessary and my only option was to pay for more sessions. They have my $4300 and I received nothing! Eight painful sessions and nothing! It has been approximately seven months now and nothing! All my clothes fit exactly the same and I measure exactly the same as I did before any sessions. Let’s talk about “disheartening”! Rejuv should be calling me for a solution rather than trying to lure me into their office. Thank you.

complaint. Rejuv Skin & Hair Clinic has enclosed a copy of the agreement the Mr. [redacted] signed on October 30, 2015, as well as his signed Care Credit card receipt and a copy...
of his driver's license to verify his signature. The terms in we conduct our business are clearly stated on our purchase agreement. The agreement clearly states that any cancellation needs to be in writing 21 days prior to scheduled procedure in order to receive a refund. The agreement clearly states that the patient shall forfeit all payments and all payments will be deemed non-cancelable and non-refundable.
We have been in contact with Mr. [redacted] and have informed him of the rules set forth in the agreement and tried to work out a resolution, Mr. [redacted] declined all resolutions.
