While signing the consent paper I have explained about
my future medical situation (pregnancy) to the counselorShe assured me while I was purchasing their service that consent paper is just a formality but we can work through situation for any reason I cannot use their service, they should not give promises to the customers while buying productsThey are ready to give store credit to purchase their other products which is no use for me, they want me to buy their products and sell it to others or gift itThey are forcing me to buy their products for the money they owe from meWhen I said I can't then they agreed to give me $out of full refund and sign another consent paper stating that I should not reveal about my bad experience with this company to any of my friends, social media or internetSince I am not getting full refund anyway where did they do the best service, The manager didn't have the courtesy to come and talk to me, instead he sends the counselor back and forth to me to deal with the situation which I felt was so annoying, I felt it was not a good customer service and I could not recommend or sell any of their products to my friends and co-workers

I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting the response from Rejuv as they are just wanting me to sign up for more sessions and pay more money As I mentioned earlier, it was explained to me that no more photos were necessary and my only option was to pay for more sessions They have my $and I received nothing! Eight painful sessions and nothing! It has been approximately seven months now and nothing! All my clothes fit exactly the same and I measure exactly the same as I did before any sessions Let’s talk about “disheartening”! Rejuv should be calling me for a solution rather than trying to lure me into their office Thank you

Rejuv has reached out to Ms*** a number of times requesting that she come in to our clinic to try to resolve this matter To date, she has notWe find it disheartening that Ms*** would prefer to write negative reviews online, rather than come into our clinic for a follvisit to
address her concernsMs*** signed a lengthy informed consent form listing risks, benefits, and our company’s policy that her purchase was non-refundable and non-cancelable In order to see good results with CoolSculpting, it is important that the patient’s weight either stay the same or decrease from the weight they are initially treated. Ms*** claims she is measuring her waist and there has been no changeThat in itself is problematic; we did not treat her waistline, because we actually treated her lower abdomen, which is differentShe has gotten results; however, it may not be to what she expected. We believe Ms***’s time would be better served trying to resolve her issue with us face to face As instructed previously, please call our office as soon as possible to schedule a follvisit to see if we can’t resolve this matterThank you
