"Steam Cleaning 'and recommended that he get a "Deep Scrub", and a deodorizerHe decided to get the "Deep Scrub", but declined the deodorizer
Mrs*** when booking her apt, declined to tell the office that she also wanted steps cleaned which is not included the groupon .The office also explained to Mrs *** that we would clean under sofa, loveseat, and chair and put furniture protectors underneath them, but we don't move larger ,heavy furniture, like dressers and beds, and explained that she needed to have all smaller items off the floors upon our arrivalMrs *** paid $for her original groupon$for rooms of a 'deep scrub'.( not the she states in her complaint), plus her steps .The technicians took before and after pictures of the carpets, as THEY thought we could post the pictures on our website page , that's how nice the carpets came outAs for the drying time, Its usually to hours, but for a 'Deep Scrub', we recommend waiting to hours before walking on it, to make sure its dryI also have a signed invoice from 'Mr ***", stating that he was completely satisfied with the technicians work
