Review: I contacted Rejuve Cigs LLC on October 31, 2013. I was able to speak to [redacted] to whom I was able to convey the issue I have. The problem I was having was that every time I pulled on the E-cigarette I felt a harsh sensation in my throat. This was conveyed to [redacted] verbally and via email (which was requested from her). She stated she would stay in contact (which she never did) and update me on the issue. I never heard back from her so I decided to purchase another E-cig. I purchased this from 201 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY, 11003. The second Rejuve E-Cig is worse than the first one. It is very difficult to pull on the cigarette.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a replacement of both Rejuve E-Cig pens that I paid $30 each at the distribution store. I am willing to ship back both E-Cig's but the company must send a pre-paid envelope.
That’s not a problem. Can you please send me an image of the items that are defective?
