Rejuvenation Specialists Plaza 101 Salon and Spa

Review: Back on Jan 15th my friend and I purchased a mani/pedi set for $30 at Plaza 101 Salon and Spa through groupon. Both my friend and I have reached out to the salon to make an appointment on multiple occasions and when we call it goes to a voice mail. We have both left messages at least a week- week and a half before we want the appointment. When we finally get a return call it is usually the day of the appointment about 10min before we wanted the appointment and are told if we still want that time we need to be there now. My friend lives about 20min away and when we say when we can be there we are told that is not soon enough and will need to reschedule. When we ask when we can reschedule we are told that she doesn't have her book on her and will have to get back with us. We have also received a follow up call the day after we wanted the appt. Both my friend and I are very frustrated that we have not been able to get an in. I have taken this a step farther and have actually walked into the salon to make the appointment in person and was told that appointments have to made by phone. That the girl who has the appt book was not in. When I tried to explain the problem, I was told there was nothing that could be done that I have to call. The lady at the desk was very unhelpful and had a "this is not my problem" attitude. She wrote down when we were trying to get our next appt on a post-it note and it will be given the stylist tomorrow. When I asked if we could get a different stylist I was told all bookings have to go through the manager who we had already been trying to reach. My friend and I would like to see if we could please get a refund.Desired Settlement: both my friend and myself would like to have our money refunded so that we can take our business elsewhere.

We deeply regret the problems that this customer had with trying to make her appointment at Plaza 101, we value all of our customers and strive to give them the best possible service and accommodations. We do not always have the availability on the schedule that a customer may need, which sounds like the case here, but we always try to make the call backs and successfully attempt to make them happy. We would love to be given another chance to accommodate this client, or if not they may call groupon and get a refund.
