Review: I ordered some products from this company and it was for a free trial offer. I had to pay $5.9* for the shipping and to my knowledge that was it. I realize now that you were only able to use the product for 14 days and return it if you did not want to be charged. They charged me exactly 14 days after it was ordered(not from the time you actually receive the product). I sent them an email to get in contact with me because I was more than willing to send the product back. I never received any emails in return. I was charged $89.9* on 6/**. Supposedly they would continue to send products every month even though I was not wanting their products. I was charged again on 7/* for a second set of products that I have not even received. I called them and spoke with a representative to remove this from my account. He told me he could take half the first charge off but would take the second charge off after I send the second set of products back (the ones that I have not received). He told me that I would receive them shortly and to return them so they could credit my account. I thought after that it was all over. I have yet to receive my first credit for half of the first product, have not received the second package to return, and today I received ANOTHER charge from them of $99.95. That is a total of $244.92 that they should credit back to my account and I have had enough dealing with this company!Desired Settlement: All I want is the money back that I explained in the above statement.

I am giving an update on my complaint. They did give me the credit of $44.00 today. I am hoping this will all be resolved shortly but I would consider them to be investigated regardless on how they con people into this situation.

Review: I ordered the Company's free trial on 06/**/2013 and after receiving the product contacted the Customer Service and cancelled my request. I recently received a notice from by banking institution that my Checking Account was Closed and that they were taking me to a Collection Agency for the sum of $211.86, which in looking at bank statements was all due to the said Company taking funds out of my Checking Account without my permission and now they are coming after me for this money.

Review: I ordered a sample of the rejuvenex product and was to pay postage only. I received the package and the postage was debited from my banking account. I did not order any other products and did not authorize and furthur debits from my account. I have been notifed that another debit has been made and products are now being sent to me. I tried to contact the company to stop this but to no avail. All my attempts have not been put through to the company.Desired Settlement: I want no furthur products from this company and they may not access my bank account again.

Review: I have contacted this company on numerous occasions to cancel and they are still billing me.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay me back for the payments they charged since I contacted them to cancel.

Purchased a 14 day trial of Black Diamond Serum and Rejuvenx on 11/**/13. Did not receive until 11/** (I have email with tracking information to prove!) Called to cancel 12/**/13 which was within the 14 day from receipt period. Billed full price on 12/*/13 and company claims trial begins day of order not receipt. After 50 min with them on the phone and my credit card company they would only agree to 50% credit. Spoke only to Rejuvenx but they were able to cancel both orders. This company is a scam. I will gladly return unused product (It is garbage)
