Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did not just hang up, I told them I was hanging up because they were rude & kept interrupting me I want the other and refunded alsoThey sent me this product when I did not want it I did not open the product & they can have it back I do not want this product Their customer service was very rude I emailed them within days to tell them that I did not want the product Sincerely, [redacted]

They can disregard the notice as this is a 3rd party trying to collect the fundsas she didnt receive the product please just disregard any noticesTHanks

For this particular customer [redacted] he did call in to our customer service on 3/31/our customer service put these notes on the file so one of things happened they agreed to the 50% discount and we reshipped the product out to them or they just agreed through the customer service and then notified youNow since the customer never recieved the initial product within the or day trial they were chargedSo if need be we can refund the entire amount even though the customer agreed to 50% discountPlease advise.Santiago M03/ 1:17pmcustomer never receved origninal shipment, checked on usps, never deliveredoffered 50% refund and sent two new bottlescust accepted

customer support has gone and refunded her the $on the date of 2/2/

I am rejecting this response because: It is stated that on 2/the was put into my acct when it wasentOn 2/they refunded me They now owe me and sent an email response to youi stating they are refunding me that isn't So either they are mistaken on their facts to which I have my bank statement or they need to send me the to finish up this whole thing as to getting all of my money back not some of it

Even though they mentioned that I agreed to the 50 % discount, I only agreed to the 50 % discount because they said at that time that it was the best thing they could do for me since I was 2 days past the trial period.  At that time I told them I wanted the full refund and they told me that the most I could get back was 50 % back.  I agreed to it because getting 50 % back was a better deal for me than getting nothing back at all.

They sent me this product when I did not want it.  I did not open the product & they can have it back.  I do not want this product.  Their customer service was very rude.  I emailed them within 3 days to tell them that I did not want the product.

Our customer service refunded all of the 89.95 and 87.35 charges on 8/22/16 after customer called in and then hung up and wouldnt answer our calls.  I refunded the 24.95 and 4.95 charges today on 8/23 Thanks

notified you. Now since the customer never recieved the initial product within the 17 or 19 day trial they were charged. So if need be we can refund the entire amount even though the customer agreed to 50% discount..
