Review: I am writing to inform you of illegal and fraudulent actions that a Travel Agency that has a current TRUE number and does business as Caribbean Holidays/Caribbean Vacations as well as the websites. The agency is currently located in Brooklyn New York. It's " [redacted] " are [redacted] and [redacted]. I had a contracted with Caribbean Holidays/Caribbean Vacations for 7 nights at the Riu Palace Mexico Resort April **-**, 2014. After being in constant contact with the agency and after making full payment $4,033.59 by 2 checks, 1st of $600.00(post date 02/**/14), 2nd of $1655.00 (post date: 02/**/14), I was assured everything was in place for my family. Only air fare $1,778.25 was paid to air company, the land(resort) amount of $2,255.04 never been paid to Riu Palace Mexico. I paid Caribbean Holidays / Caribbean Vacations in full and they never paid the resort. Upon arriving to Riu Palace Mexico and to be able to check-in I did make a second payment at much higher price of $2,892.00 using my VISA card. I was in a foreign country with my family with the threat of being locked out of room for non-payment. I called [redacted] to get explanation how it could happened, he said that he was having trouble with the resort, but him making payment to Riu Resort has nothing to do with me and he will try to resolve this issue while I am on vacation or will give me a refund check when I will return back home. More than a month left since my vacation is over, but agency /[redacted] never paid me back. The $2,892.00 check that he sent to me was bounced! I can provide documentation and other proof of the above charges. I wanted to make the Revdex.com aware of this criminal activity. This agency continues to do business using the above names and has also scammed others.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back in the amount of $2,892.00. This amount I paid in Riu Palace Mexico Resort to be able to check-in using my VISA Card.

In the mean time he is calling office harassing people and my self many times.I have evidence of this and based on the evidence I filed polica report.

Please ask him to call office because he is not giving me a change to concentrate in business.he is holding a companys check for the above amount

As per our phone call conversation, I wanted to tell you that this "[redacted]" [redacted] and his "agency" do not want to pay money back they got from my family for Vacation and never pay resort.

That the reson why he is asking for additional 15 days and filling a police report.

I wanted to ask this '[redacted]" when I was in Mexico in the hotel lobby and resort asked me to pay full amount to avoid mexican jail for non-payment why he didn't make a police report on April **, 2014?

I just got lucky that I had a VISA card in my valet... whihout it I don't know what could happened to me and my family.

We had a nightmare vacation ...

I am not the only one who got robbed in the same manner.

The company check he is talking about from ALMA bank (Caribbean holidays llc.) has 0 balance on this account .

I did talk to the branch [redacted] of the [redacted] in [redacted] and she STRONGLY recomended me DO NOT deposit this check because account isn't in a good condition to avoid bounce fee.

Also, personally, I will not give this "[redacted]" any additional days to settle this deal.

He should pay immediatly, because almost 2 month already left from my vacation.

I will not consider this case is resolved until agency will pay me the full amount of $2,892.00.

Also I wanted to warn other people do not do busibess with this Caribbean Holidays/Carribbean Vacations / [redacted] and/or use their websites. They are robbing people off!

Why after everything what happened this person is still in this travel business?
