Reasonable Pricing
Showed up on time
Did a great job of removing and cleaning up the fence to be replaced
Used all steel posts, better than another fence company who did a job for me previously
Built custom gates out of steel, welded together, none of that flimsy gate kit stuff
Did an excellent job and made sure we were 100% satisfied
All this adds up to an extremely positive experience and I would definitely recommend themI just contracted with them to replace some shoddy work by a different fence company

Saver Fence repaired rotted posts on the 6' wood fence in our backyard when other fencing companies would only quote replacement of the entire fence Saver also fixed a severe problem where the previous homeowner had raised the lot level with fill dirt, but put fill ~18'' up against the existing wooden fence (Saver Fence rebuilt new w/retaining wall) We also had a custom front yard and gated side yard cedar fence built Elder N*** (owner) took into consideration all our fencing problems (also the value of our home) and worked closely with us on all the details We are very happy with the resultsLasting quality expert work

Good morning ,
My name is *** *** and I'm the owner of SALON PURE in GLENVIEW ,IL and I consider my obligation to respond to Ms*** ***i complaint and to begin with I would like to inform the Revdex.com that in my opinion we did the best we
could to deliver what Ms *** expected us to but a chain of unfortunate events and missed comunication between *** * (the stylist) , Ms *** * and myself have lead to this outcome .Ms *** and *** * have meet a while back and they exchange information and *** invited Ms *** to get services at SALON PURE ,and not long after that Ms *** have made an apointment for a single process (color) and the client told *** that her color is darker then she expected and *** noticed that Ms *** hair was dry and freezee but with only months on the floor as a stylist and Ms *** being superficial and not disclose that her hair was stripped out of color before she missed diagnosed the client and she suggested a keratin treatment on Ms *** hair to get rid of the freeze and the dryness to which the client agrees toSo approximateley a week later Ms *** comes back to get her keratin treatment which went well but the client still believes that her color is to dark and at this point I was asked for my professional opinion on how to lighten up the color on Ms *** but nither *** or the client provide me with the information on the history of the hair so I explained that a much lighter color desired was gonna be achieved by applying highlights on her hair but Ms *** opposed to this strategy and accept the darker color I suggested a formula , *** * mixed the color and perform the aplication as well , when the color was finished procesing to my surprise Ms *** hair turn red at the roots and the rest of the hair stayed dark .I asked *** about the color mixed but she assured me that she did exactly as I instructed her to , and at that point the only option was to aproach Ms *** hair as a color correction like it should have been from the very beginning if the client would have disclosed the condition of her hair with her new stylist (*** E ) I assure Ms *** that I would help out in resolving the color situation , but the client was also complaining about losing the benefit of the keratin and I specifically told *** to the keratin treatment when the color was gonna be corrected then after almost weeks of us working on Ms *** hair and not being compensated in any way , putting up with the client verbal abuse and intimidation on March 19th *** * after I already spoken with Ms *** to make sure she's happy with her new color , *** Edue to the client abuse and ruddiness decided not to service Ms *** any longer *** inform me via text of her decision , I suggested *** to refund the client for the keratin if she was not going to it , but as an independent contractor the stylist can refuse to service her client , however on the course of the following 3-weeks I asked *** a number of times about the situation with Ms *** and she assure me that everything was taking care of It was not until a month later when Ms *** started to harassed me on my personal phone , days after I terminated *** Edemanding reimbursement from and I tried to explain the client that at this point was nothing I could do to reimburse her or to collect money from *** on her behalf , so I suggested her to contact *** directly
Ms *** start using offensive and aggressive language over the phone which forced me into blocking her number on my personal line but I would be more than happy to reimburse Ms *** the 20% that was the salon commission in exchange for the client to stop trying to denigrate us or harm us on social media or over the phone A lot of the comunication between us was via text so it can be retrieved and also I will provide the bureau with the names of the other independent contractors that witnessed most of what had happened sean -stylist
