So I made reservations online because I was passing through town and needed a place to lay my head for the night well me and my boyfriend get there and we check in and as soon as we're about to go to the room we see drug activity and all these people right by my door so be nervous we did not walk in and instead went out to let time pass before we got back and lay down hoping that that activity would be gone when we got there when we got back it was pretty late that's if he was gone but we noticed that the one next to us what is shut down for health concerns by the city which kind of gave us a nervous feeling but said didn't seem like a big fuss to try to get our money back now just because we saw a sign so when we get into the room I mean everything laying down and he starts wiggling everywhere can't sit still we turn on the lights and notice that he had bug bites all over his body I only looked at the bed he saw bed bugs crawling all over as soon as we saw that we packed all her stuff

[redacted],  This is a complete lie.  [redacted] initially told me over the phone that he sees so many people in a day, that he did not remember my transaction and now he is saying that I had to wait for my husband and that I did not have a check. He stood right in front of me, in my kitchen and saw me holding an envelope with both cash and a check that my husband gave me before he went to work that day.  My husband gave me instructions to use the $[redacted] cash if it was just the $[redacted] service fee and to use the check only if Freon needed to be put in, because that would have cost a lot more.  This [redacted] saw this and saw that I had both cash and check. I gave him $[redacted] cash and he gave me a five dollar bill back.     The only mistake that I made was not checking my receipt to see that he gave me a bogus receipt, that says that I have a balance after I had just paid the man cash money.  I'm angry because he cheated me to my face and not only won't come clean, but is trying to make it look like that we don't pay our bills.  We have a record with [redacted] for the past 4 and a half years and we have always paid the serviceman the day he comes to our [redacted].  We have never owed [redacted] a dime until now.  We also canceled our [redacted] policy over this and now we are out the $[redacted] that we put in over the last four and a half years.  But I will not do business with [redacted] anymore, because we had a spotless record with them and they chose to take his word over ours.  It looks as though, he is getting away with being dishonest.. I want him to understand that he will not get away with it because word travels in a small town and the person that referred him to us is a personal friend and a patient of my husbands and  knows that we would never do something like this. I'm going to make sure that everyone that we know , contractors, patients and friends know not to do business with this man because if he will cheat you out of $[redacted] cash then no telling what kind of cheating he would do on a whole new AC unit or something else .  I don't know why he hasn't been caught before but maybe folks are too busy.  I know that you don't just wake up one day and decide that you are going to rip people off.  I'm sure I won't be the last person he tries this on.  I am in the process of reporting this to the [redacted] of [redacted], The [redacted] of [redacted] and the Insurance commissioner and the [redacted] Police Department.  I don't want this to happen to some other person in the community.

RHR Heating & Cooling was dispatched to the [redacted]residence by [redacted]. The capacitor was replaced on the outdoor unit. The [redacted]owner owes a $** service fee on call dispatched by [redacted]. When [redacted] was presented with the invoice she stated that she would give...

it to her husband and that they would mail in a check. After waiting around two weeks and not receiving a check the whole amount was billed through [redacted]. AHS provides this option to their contractors to insure that the contractors get paid in full for the job. When a customer pays any invoice, whether its paid by cash, credit card or check the invoice is marked paid and initialed by the service tech. On average RHR processes 10-20 cash payments per month for AHS customers and no one else seems to have this problem. The statements made by [redacted] in this complaint are false and without any merit what so ever. [redacted] has paid the $** that [redacted] failed to pay to RHR Heating & Cooling and therefore RHR considers the matter to be closed.
