Sent: Sunday, December 28, 11:AM To: drteam Cc: *** *** *** *** Subject: Re: Revdex.com ID#*** Mr *** is expecting us to pay his sales taxWe offer a service that has very specific criteria that must meet state auditors definition of
"Medically Necessary ", in order for the sales tax to be reimbursed to our clients. Mr *** medical provider would not provide the "Medically Necessary" part of this criteria In all do respect, reading a RX to a state representative and sitting in front of a state auditor is completely differentWe protect our financial reputation as fiercely as our public reputation We will discount his taxes paid of $This amount is lower that what he states because we applied a $discount card to his purchase thus lowering taxes paidAll further purchases of Mr *** if he so inclines to make with Relax The Back with a RX that does not meet our criteria will not be accepted Respectfully Yours, *** *** Relax The Back *** *** *** *** *** ***
