Relaxation Stop

This business has cards that promote "10 visits, get one free". Each time you go for a visit, they mark off the card. I filled up a card and when I tried to collect the free massage, the masseuse said I would have to pay for that visit (#11) and that the next time I came in, it would be free. He took my full card and wrote something in what seemed to be Chinese on one of the squares of the new card and said that when I came back, I would be able to have a 50 minute free massage. I assumed that what he wrote was that I was owed a 50 minute massage. He took my old card, so I have no record of my visits. They also do not offer receipts of any kind, nor did they write anything up in any kind of record book. Today, 12 Sept 2013, I returned in order to collect the free massage and, I was told I had already had it and was charged for the massage. In other words, I didn't receive my free massage, even though it was visit #12. I want this fraudulent company's practice on record. When I tried to discuss the issue, they said I had already received a free massage, but when I said I had not received it, and told them what the man had said to me last time, they pretended to speak no English. I doubt I can collect on this, but I do want others to know that Relaxation Stop is advertising a service they refuse to deliver. This business does not give any receipts for their transactions. They also advertise that they take credit cards, but when I have tried to pay with a card, they say they can't take credit cards that day. Before this letter, Hampshire Mall manager asked me about [redacted]'s complain.I explained to mall manager, they called back [redacted], nobody answer phone, they leave message to her. But she did not call back mall office. Now, I received your letter about this complain again!......We always do the best for our clients!!!We offer one punch card like: after 10 visits, get one session free(equate value). For example: you took 10 visits here, like: 20min, 30min, 40min, 50min, 60min, 10min, 20min, 30min, 40min, 40min. Total got: 340min massage. So on their 11visit, we will give their 34 min free massage.For [redacted]: our helper-the guy already gave her 53 min free massage for her 10visit card. That day, she got 60 min massage, the man only charge her $7! So she got 53 min free massage! Also, the man wrote another 7min on his new punch card! Because she paid $7 for extra min, that is so fair!!! On the same time, we took the old card back. she can continue use this new punch card. for [redacted]'s new card which has three number there: 7, 30,30. on her second time visit, she took 60min , our helper wrote 2 separate 30 on her card, so she has 7, 30 and 30 on her new card, now. Please ask her, does it correct?She said we did not take credit card. We do! Just some time, if machine was broken, not work well, we only charge cash. But it is not often. we do not know why she said like that?! Maybe she misunderstand us? Even we are not happy at this complain! But she is client!
