It's all a lie
I tried relaxing sleep and it's a total fake it never helped me sleep and after my 30-day trial they charged me over $100 and never told me they were going to charge me that don't buy into it it's a total fake and it does not help you sleep no matter what the commercial says It's All a lie!

Do Not Purchase This!!
I signed up for the 7.95 introductory offer as many below did as well. Within 3 minutes, my card was again charged 189.95! Thank God I received a credit card alert concerning this charge. I was not supposed to be charged any more money until I had 14 days to try the product. I think this site is a scam and shame on Mike Huckabee for supporting this product. I am now going to find his website and let him know what they are doing to the customers. Hopefully he will stop supporting it.

Deceptive Marketing Practices
A trial that only costs $7.95 is extremely deceptive. Seventeen days after your initial order of $7.95, which was for two bottles, not one, and about a week after your initial order, your credit card is charged an additional $89.98. Based on their own advertising, one week is not long enough to determine if the product will work. IF you decide it does not work for you, it can be returned at YOUR risk and expense for a refund. At that point, IF you do not ensure that you have completely canceled everything with Relaxium, you will receive another charge on your credit card for $97.93 approximately fifty-five days after your initial order for a $7.95 trial. Again, it can be returned at YOUR risk and expense for a refund.

Didn't work --- keep sending us product
We sent back 4 containers a couple months ago... We had mistakenly opened two so kept those. Asked for refund.
Now received 6 more bottles in last couple days 1/9/2022... How do we get our money back and stop this mistreatment.
Why would you send more when we sent back 4 and asked for refund. Please answer...

Refund dispute
Ordered ONE TIME $7.95 bottle On website no info on web as checking out with the cart telling me I’m on a trial base will send extra bottle with your one time order and if you don’t mail back the 2nd bottle in 30 days we will charge your credit card so ordered on a 14 th then they charged my card on 30 th $89.99 for the 2nd bottle that I was never informed I had to mail back within the 30 days, called CS lady said oo when you call and place order on phone we tell you it is a trial base . She said return the bottle and we will credit your card so I did just got off phone they only credited it for $70.00 because I missed the 30 day return LOL That I never knew I was on . So I’m disputing the company for the rest of my money $19.99 and too bad Mike Huckabee is the spokesperson for them he was one reason I tried their product . Stacey H

I agree with you 100% and also shame on Mike Huckabee. I was charged 7.95 and then 5 minutes later I was charged 189.95! I hadn't even had a chance to get it. I feel this may be a fraudulent phishing site and as a result of this, I am having to cancel my card and get a new one. This is a business card so now I am on hold until the new card comes in.

DON’T DO IT!
Shame on Mike Huckabee! First, the no risk guarantee in A JOKE! You will pay $7.95 for shipping and THEN you will receive a shipment of at least 5 MORE bottles and be charged approximately $200 on your credit card. My mom was victim to this scam. I CANNOT believe that Huckabee would be involved in such a deceptive business practice! My mom does not have that kind of money. She’s in her 90’s and lives on Social Security. I’ve tried calling Relaxium customer service and waited and waited and waiter for someone to answer! NO ONE answered the phone! I left a call back number and NOTHING! But worst of all, THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK! Look at the ingredients. You can pick this stuff up at Whole Foods or Amazon! SHAME ON YOU MIKE HUCKABEE!

SENIORS - BUYER BEWARE
My 94 year old mother ordered 1 “FREE BOTTLE” - you know, the “free trial” trap. She was billed almost $200! ZERO STARS!

I should have read these reviews before I ordered. I too ordered the free trial - still have not received it but my card has been charged 89.99 and e mails and phone calls not responded to.

Didn't work, no refund
Ordered, they sent two bottles, tried it for several nights, no help. Contacted support at relaxium dot com; sent the unopened bottle back. Tracked package, they got it 10/14, but by 10/23, no refund. I sent them the tracking number, so they know and I know they got it back, but no refund; I had to dispute the charge with VISA. If it doesn't work, you will have a tough time getting your money back.

Zero stars
I attempted to use promo code to obtain a bottle of Relaxium at no charge free shipping. A few clicks later I was billed $200.39. I am not the only person to fall for this deception.

Free bottle my a[censored]Tricky website to Navigate. Cancel my order for $200.39 I never agreed to that amount Pop up stating that I paid $188.64 I never agreed to that amount either. This website is sickening in its trickery.

I too fell into the trap. Deceitful tricky website. I am contacting Florida Attorney General. Long wait times as a result of this business behavior. No email confirmation of order as they want you to think it's free and maybe you won't see the charge. Horrible sick behavior Long hold times on phone calls as they are dealing with all this corrupt behavior I saw the charge as soon as I hit the button and it was too late.

Bogus scam
Like many before me I order a free trial and was charged $7.95 for shipping. I just checked my credit card and saw that they charged me another $119.90. I did not authorize this charge! This company is very dishonest and I will be sending all the product back and have my credit card company reverse the charges. You are shameful and I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with Relaxium.

Return
It’s very misleading when you return your product for a refund. Obtaining an RMA # was not the problem nor did I mind paying to ship the return. The problem lies within the actual financial portion of the money being put back into my account. I first was told it would be refunded immediately once they received the product now, 2 weeks later, I am supposed to receive the refund once the warehouse has received my unopened product and they have processed it. Well they’ve received it according to my tracking the return via the United States post office. I get nothing but excuses from customer service. Maybe $119 is nothing to them but that charge has affected my finances causing much stress and hardship. Oh and also now the delay is due to the holidays... seriously poor excuse. I’m calling there once again on Monday and if I do not have the money in my account by the next day I will contact the BBB and the FTC. This is unacceptable.

Do not do business with this company! Like the folks below, I didn't agree to anything other than to pay $7+ for shipping of a free trial. Approximately 3 weeks later a $120 charge hits my AMEX. Totally deceitful and sneaky, again stay away!

On July 3, 2020 the customer went on line to our website and ordered our trial, offering him a chance to pay shipping and receive two bottles of Relaxium Sleep to try and decide whether he would like to keep the product and pay for it on the 17th day, or to return the product. If the customer had returned (or called for an RMA to return) the product before the 17th day there would have been no charge. He still had up to 30 days from the day that he received it to return for a full refund. The product was not returned. He called on the 17th day (7/20/20) and spoke with an agent to tell us that he had disputed the charge and was not going to pay, that he had called American Express to cancel the charge. He said that was why he did business with AMEX., because all he had to do was call and cancel the charge.
The customer clearly ordered but possibly did not read his terms and conditions that are clearly posted (we are in compliance with all agencies with visibility, etc). We honored what was requested by the customer and all the customer had to do was honor the terms and conditions upon which he agreed. Our customer service department is open 6 days a week so we can take care of our customers. We regret that the customer did not follow thru with the obligations and felt it was necessary to dispute the charge, rather than return the product and/or reach out to us. As we all know most of the time when purchases are made, there are agreements to be kept. We wish the customer all the best but wish he had allowed us to help him.

If I could give them zero stars I would! This is a bait and switch offer! Beware. The $7.95 is followed by a $119 charge a few days later! I called them and they claim this was disclosed. Stuff doesn't work either. Without a total nasty conversation which I wasn't looking for they gave me a $80 credit. I may still pursue with my credit card...

There was a misunderstanding of the terms and conditions for which we deeply regret.The product is a sleep supplement and is not a sleeping pill therefore it takes some time to see the benefits. We have since spoken to the customer and we were able to come to a mutual understanding and agreement. The customer was lovely an we wish her the best.

Tried the' risk free' sample paying 'only' shipping. All of a sudden $119 shows up on my credit card without my knowledge. This is troubling if not unscrupulous at best. Called company and thought it would be reversed, no such luck. I will pursue this further. I do not recommend anyone dealing with this company

Deceptive advertising, bought free trial, returned product, no refund going on 2 weeks, I never clicked that I accept their over priced subscription, I the product worked it is 1/3 less on Amazon, total shame company.

Why are you charging 119.00 after 17 days, when the trial period is 30 days. If that's the case I will return it ASAP, please provide a return address label, thank you

I ordered free trial bottle and paid shipping charge. I received 2 bottles and was charged 120 bucks on my credit card on top of shipping charge. There was no mention of this when I ordered trial. I called for refund and told them to close my account. Even if this product was fantastic I would not deal with this company again, That is just a rotten way to do business

RELAXIUM SLEEP is literally the very best product I have ever used to help me sleep! I am (75) years young. I've been chronically ill for (40) years, in (5) months. When using RELAXIUM SLEEP the most wonderful things are zero hangover or nausea in the morning after taking this product the night before. According to the label, it is an ALL NATURAL HERB formulation! Tryptophan, Valerian Root and Melatonin, with actually quite a bit more. The type of sleep is so natural one wakes up in the morning and feels so refreshed. I have used prescription drugs, in the past, to help me sleep. There isn't ANY kind of comparison between RELAXIUM SLEEP and any of the prescription medications. RELAXIUM SLEEP is by leaps and bounds so much better and also much healthier to take!

I almost forgot to write this. I had a few issues to do with an e-mail I wrote to the Relaxium Customer Service. My, my! Was I ever looked after so extremely well. Also, with great intelligence. NOT EVEN ONE thing left undone or not done well. Everything is looked after so well and quickly too. I'd give the name of the lady who looked after me but she might not like that either. I know, we have a daughter and before my wife passed...I also had a lovely wife!

I DO recommend RELAXIUM SLEEP to anyone and everyone...even my dear mother, if she weren't already in Heaven.
