*** filed by one *** ***We are most concerned by the fact almost everything in his complaint is and we are happy to provide the documentation to prove itHe states that he renewed his PMB #*** BEFORE we took over July and paid He actually renewed his box August 10, over a full month AFTER we took ownership July 1, and the full and total cost was $72.00. Mr*** and his son began having freight deliveries sent to our location in NovemberOne of these deliveries was left blocking our receiving dock, we will be happy to provide witness statements from the ***, ***, and *** delivery men confirming this if need beThese deliveries were most definitely classified as freight and arrived on bounded pallets that would require a forklift to get into our buildingAnother delivery on 11/was left outside next to our dockWe called Mr*** and explained to him that we simply did not have a way to get the delivery into our building and it needed to be picked up immediately, especially since it already violated section of his signed contractMr*** became very hostile, screaming, yelling, and using profanity telling us we had to take care of it despite being aware he was breeching his contract and we had no physical way of getting the delivery into our buildingWe informed him that he needed to make other arrangements for a PMB and that we would no longer be doing business with himHe stated he was already making other arrangements and no longer wanted to do business with us The shipment also contained a gallon barrel of chemicals, this also violates the contract he signedMr*** later arrived at our location and when I tried to show him the signed copy of his contract he screamed at me to "Eat a ***", flipped me off, and warned me that I should "watch it" and that I "wasn't going to like what was going to happen next"This was a clear threat as well as a sexually inappropriate remarkThis incident was recorded on surveillance video. Section of his signed contract states in part, "Applicant further agrees that parcels delivered to this address for the applicant will be delivered by common carrier only, that no TRUCK deliveries will be made, that parcels will be retrieved within hours after delivery, and that no hazardous or dangerous material will be delivered to applicantFailure to adhere to any of these parcel delivery stipulations will result in TERMINATION OF SERVICE"This is the exact same contract he signed with the old ownersMr*** left packages here for weeks at a time, came in the back door of our location (one not open to the public), and had repeated truck deliveries made despite us telling him it was unacceptableAll of these actions breeched the contract he signed with us after we took over the business. Mr*** also stated in his complaint that he spoke with us again on 11/21/after the problem occurred, on 11/22/and 11/26/We have never been contacted by Mr*** and have not had any other contact with him via phone, email, or any other method of communication on either of these dates or on any other date following the conflict we had with him. Section of his signed contract also states that we are able to charge additional fees for special circumstances and for large volumes of mail receivedTo accommodate Mr*** we had an entire section of our store room devoted to his packages and mail that would accumulate, much longer than the hrs allowed as stated in his contractIn all actuality he owes us for the storage of said mail. If Mr*** still disputes any of the above we are happy to provide physical proof as well as his final unpaid invoice for the truck deliveries and mail storage.
