Money Paid. Can't reach business by phone. Left 6 messages. No return call.
I have an item on layaway. I have paid over $500. My last payment was returned to me. I have left messages at all hours of the day on the answering machine to see if the address changed. No one returns my calls. Contract date was 8/31/18. I was purchasing a heater/air cleaner. All payments have been by check. I have more information on the salesman at home. All I have with me is the receipt

Desired Outcome

I am worried about the companies reliability. Since I have 5 more payments(months)of payments, I am concerned that if they resolve this complaint and get back in touch with me, they will drop off the face of earth again.

In regards to Clara *** concerns. I apologize but can a sure you we are here for you. My wife has past a way and we are in the middle of making a few changes. We have put in a change off address with the post office and as any payments have come in we have been contacting everyone with the new address. We will be back up and running in full force by Feb. 28th. Our new address is: Relevant Energy Solutions P.O. Box 1272, Niceville, FL. XXXXX. This product does not deliver as promised. When talked with Wanda in the office. She advised me to climb over my machine to check the crystals in the machine. She also told my husband the same thing. We are 79 yrs old and cannot be climbing over machines. I asked for the General manager to call me back. It has been about 2 weeks and I have not heard from him. His name is Gene ***. She also advised to use oxyclean in the machine. It might help. I was also told there was no one in our area to service the appliance. She said there would be a $50.00 charge if someone came out. They could send someone out. Surprise! Surprise! None of this was discussed at the sales presentation nor at the in home sales pitch. I contacted the original salesman and he advised he is no longer with the company. He suggested contacting the owner of the company. We purchased this appliance April 17, 2018.

The Crystals they are talking about is a filter. when they have to be replaced, it is up to the customer. It's like when you have to replace your filter in your furnace, the furnace company doesn't come out to replace it. However, we made an exception for these folks and sent our Head Service man John out to make them happy. John set up an appointment with Mr. to come out on 11-19-2018. between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. At No Charge. John drove 3 hours and 40 minutes, 196 miles one way. They were not home for their service call appointment. Then wanted us to come back out again. That's when they were told it would be a $50 service fee. Changing this filter is the responsibility of the customer and we can not have our service people going back out again and not charging. That was an entire day spent on making a trip for these folks. They do not have to climb over the washer. The NatureClean+ is mounted on the wall and slides off vary easily.

There was no appointment scheduled. When "someone" told my husband the $50 charge would apply, he told them they would need to check with me. We have not heard anything from them since that time. during the sales presentation, filter was never mentioned and nothing about changing or maintenance. Also, our unit is behind our washing machine and very hard for us to reach. In fact, we cannot reach it without climbing over the machine. Someone is always here on Monday. November 19 was on Monday. Where do you get the filter? Since that was never discussed, we do not know. Evidently there has been a mix-up somewhere, abut I do not feel we are at fault here. It appears there must be a problem with the sales presentations. The customer should not suffer because of this.

All customers are told about the Crystal cartridge, filter that has to be replaced. Also in the owners Manuel it is also explained. There was an appointment set with Mr. Maybe he just never told Mrs. either way, this is not a service call that is covered for free. WE went out of our way to make this customer happy and they simply were not home for their appointment. We charge anyone if they want us to provide this type of service. A $50 service fee is more than reasonable and can not send our tech back out for free. I can not ask our tech to make another trip for free. I will make one last final attempt , If the customer will agree to pay our tech for the service / trip fee, I will provide the cartridge at no charge if needed. Thank you. It appears it will take legal action to resolve this issue.On page 10, paragraph 7, of the owners manual, it clearly states "Nature Clean is designed to provide MANY YEARS of maintenance free service. It has been 8 months and it has never functioned as promised. There is also info about a pre-filter and a dessicant dryer cartridge. None of this was discussed at the sales presentation nor during the home visit. Our original request was for the appliance to be removed and our money refunded. At this point, we still stand by our original request.
