Relevent Sports

Review: I am filing this complaint in response to Relevent Sports lack of action and delivery of the products that I purchased months ago. The product is two fan packs I purchased from Relevent Sports for the Liverpool match in [redacted] on Aug * that is part of the International Champions Cup. The fan packs include tickets to the match and other commemorative items (such as a scarf). I do not care about the commemorative items. I bought the fan pack for the tickets to the match. These tickets were purchased in March, at more than $100 each ($200+ total). When I had not heard anything about when I would get my tickets, I called Relevent Sports in May, at the [redacted] number. A man who sounded like he had just woken up answered, and said something like, "Uh, yeah - those are going out soon, I think." And that's all the information he could give me. I received an email a few weeks ago that the fan packs would be mailed July *, but that did not happen. Just recently, they said the fan packs would be mailed July ** and ** and we would get Fed Ex tracking numbers when they were mailed, but still - I have received nothing (as many others have not). Since the game is soon, I am now questioning whether I have tickets at all to this game, which was supposed to be a special occasion for my husband's 40th birthday. This business and the matches involved are attached to the [redacted] company - which I have contacted and seem to support Relevent. If I do not hear anything from them soon, I will file another complaint against [redacted]. This is all just profoundly unprofessional and frankly, ridiculous. With the [redacted] name attached to this company and event, I expect more.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my tickets, as promised, to the match.
