We closed on September 6th on a house that we bought and Reli collected for the property taxes. They sent a check to the Department of Revenue but it was for 2018 taxes not 2019. The Department of Revenue returned their check on December 1st because they cannot accept partial payment on taxes. I called Reli on December 17th inquiring about the property taxes being paid. I was told that it had been collected an would be paid. January 23, 2020 I received a delinquent notice from the Department of Revenue. I called Reli and inquired again about the taxes being paid. I went and paid the taxes myself. I called Reli again and I was told that they would put me a reimbursement check for the amount they collected in the mail. February 14th I called Reli again to inquire about my reimbursement check and again I was told that they were putting it in the mail that day. Today is February 27th and I still haven't been reimbursed the money that Reli in Cullman, Alabama owes me.

Other (requires explanation) I want Reli to reimburse me the $476.95 that they owe me.
I finally reached someone from the home office and as able to explain my problem to them. They were very helpful and apologetic. They overnighted a check to me for the $476.95 that I was owed. I received the check today.
