Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They have contacted me with the same response that I received before My issues are the following1) The sale advertised as 20% off site-wide with a keycode This implies that you get 20% off anything that you order if you use the keycode I think that many people would assume that without the keycode you would not get the 20% off Why have a keycode if everything is already marked at 20% off 2) I received an email after I ordered stating that the "entire cart" was 20% off if the same keycode was used Again, this implies that 20% off the entire cart is 20% off of anything that you put in your cart NOT that the 20% off was already applied And again, it stated that the keycode must be used As stated abovethis means that you get 20% off if you enter the keycode They continue to state that the listed price of the items was already reduced by 20%, however, that was not what was advertised One email from them even stated that this was their company policy How on earth would I be expected to know the company policy As a consumer, I assume that when something is advertised at 20% off with a keycode that the keycode is adding the discount after the items are in the cart Additionally to receive an email stating that I would receive 20% off of my ENTIRE CART indicates that whatever I put in the cart is going to be reduced by 20% upon entering the keycode It DOES NOT mean that my cart is already reduced by 20% To me this is deceptive advertising If they had stated in the emall that everything was reduced by 20% then that would have been clear However, to state that there is 20% off with a keycode implies that there is an additional discount Why have the keycode if everything is already discounted? Then to have an email stating that you get 20% off YOUR ENTIRE CART WITH THE KEYCODE again implies that whatever you put in your cart is reduced by 20% with the keycode I am attaching a few pieces of documentation It is clear to me that this company uses deceptive advertising to get their customers to buy things This dishonest advertising is wrong and should be corrected [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted]

I spoke with a representative for the business today and we have reached an agreement; the business had sent the refund to the wrong address and it will send the check to her current address

I apologize for the delayOrder *** $shipped from Bits and Pieces on December 11, Unfortunately, *** ** returned the package to us because of an issue with the address in their system on December 18, A refund of $was processed back to the *** ***
used on December 21, 2015. That normally takes 3-business days to show up on your statementsI just processed a refund for the remainder ($11.49) which was the S/H chargesThis will also take about 3-business days for you bank to process

I fully put it off as much as possible. When the website says allow time, I did. And it just kept getting pushed back further and further where it was becoming unrealistic. My Grandmother has always enjoyed the puzzles that come from Bits and Pieces, and hopefully in the future, things will be better on their side. I waited for the packages to arrive for sure.
