We have been working with MrM*** since the time of delivery to compensate fairly for vinyl flooring that was unfortunately damaged. An agreed payment of $901.72(replacement cost minus year depreciation on floor material) is in process and check will be cut this week. MrM***
can expect check in hand next week sent vis USPS. We have received a signed release back from MrM*** allowing us to process payment for resolution. We do apologize for this issue- we strive to deliver all customer's product with 100% satisfaction and zero customer home damage, but unfortunately these events do occur on occasion. Reliable Appliance is willing to pay estimate provided $for fair settlement based on information provided. We would draft a release for that amount, when received back signed we would provide settlement within weeks in form of a company check from reliable appliance

Sir-I apologize for your experience. Unfortunately our company is at the mercy of the manufacturer when it pertains to your delivery date and the date the manufacturer ships their merchandise to us for delivery. We do not have full line of sight to any order until it reaches our
facility. We can research a customer order if we have specific details, but we only have full knowledge and control of the order when it reaches our dock. We cannot control scheduling until it reaches our facility due to unforeseen circumstances such as product availability. If your order is still shipping to us, to deliver to you; we can attempt to accommodate a specific day for your delivery at your convenience. Our local office number is ###-###-####. Jasmine is our dispatcher and router, Rick is our General manager. I have no knowledge of Gabrielle working for r us in the Columbus market

this ticket.Thanks![redacted]

Upon calling into the delivery phone line I was told that the information about the new delivery should have been communicated to me on the 8th of December which was Friday.  That means that the office was aware that the parts were not available.  However this was not communicated to us and we wasted vacation days on a delivery that your office had prior knowledge was not going to occur.  Your response did not address my issue at all.  My issue is not that delivery was delayed by vendor but that you had knowledge of this and did not communicate that to me.  My time and my wife's time was wasted.  On top of that I had to deal with your employees trying to back track on what was previously stated instead of taking accountability.  The same thing that is occurring now.You also stated that delivery cannot be scheduled until products are available which is inaccurate because I was told my new delivery date is December 22 which was scheduled last Friday when the product was unavailable.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Our partner, Chris with [redacted] delivered and installed a refrigerator to 2[redacted] on 8/2/17.  On 8/8/17 we received an official compliant form point of purchase that there was an issue concerning water damage at the residence.  Chris scheduled a...

site inspection to view installation issue.  Upon site inspection Chris was notified that a plumber repaired the issue prior, and damage was discovered in the basement, ceiling tile, drywall damage etc.  Chris asked for pictures of leak, plumber invoice or anything else that showed how damage was caused, but no information was provided to him by [redacted].  At the point of inspection and investigation, it was not determined how water damaged was caused.Since it did appear that water damage was under the area of the refrigerator, Chris offered to work with [redacted] for fair resolution.  He was provided an initial estimate of $450 for complete repairs, and in good faith agreed to pay that amount.  At some point after he agreed to pay $450 for resolution, the claim amount from the homeowner increased and resolution discussion broke down.  It was at the point when the initial agreement was no longer acceptable, Chris made the decision to deny claim based on the fact that no documentation could be provided to show actual cause of damage. We are still willing to work to a resolution with [redacted].  in order to move forward we will need some type of information that shows cause of the water damage was result of the actual refrigerator installation, not from another issue in the kitchen area that occurred between time of delivery and date reported to us to begin investigation. Chris P[redacted]Regional Manager- Reliable Appliance Installation Inc.
