My husband had not told me about Mr. [redacted] initial call. I apologize for this misunderstanding. It appears that Reliable was attempting to make contact to rectify the situation. Mr. [redacted] was professional, extremely courteous, and quite apologetic for the situation prompting the complaint. Instead of just apologizing, he told me what his company has done regarding education to ensure this does not occur again. Further, he is going to review the invoices and determine how much to refund for service call and labor. We came to an agreement that this would be satisfactory.
