Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: first and for most this is information, and it is very sad for the fact that a company who preaches that they provide excellect customer service did no such thingand on those days that you " showed up" and I was not homeis untrue and is sad that you would lie and lie to the Revdex.com with this infoand in regards to payment I did pay, I paid [redacted] ***, and the warrenty company pays youthe fact that you have a message playing saying that you won awards from angies list ( who I also compained to) is advertisingthis is the worst service I have ever rcvdI have notified [redacted] of this issuethe service should be the same, if I am paying you or the warrenty company isand I have phone records on the dates that you say you showed up with no call from you not onceI will warn everyone of this companyand the manager never said I am sorry once..and you have the mind to write you apologizedIf I would have known this is what kind of company I was dealing with then I would have recorded my calls with youshame on youhorrific servicejust horrific thank you very much for nothing!! Not quite sure what this customer wants in order to resolve as it is not mentioned in the complaintIt cannot be monetary as she has not paid anything
Attached is what was provided to me by the Senior Technician
As you can see there is a huge difference in how we perceive how things
progressed and what the complainant has stated
Per the attached the final step was we contacted the manufacturer to have them send someone else out
Our goal is to make all customers happy and it appears that we did apologize to the customer for the mand send out a repair person to again not have the consumer home.
