Review: I have been renting out a townhouse unit in Sacramento for quite a while now; about 8 years or so. When I moved into the unit, I was never given a pool key to access the facilities. I currently have a renter in the unit who would like to use the facilities and I called to inquire about a pool key/card being sent to me. I was told that I would need to mail them a key (that I don't have) along with $25 check to receive a pool key/card. I told the girl over the phone I do not have a key to exchange and sent them the check for the pool key anyway. That was a year ago. I have emailed recently again about the status of the pool key and the manager sends me back an email stating that my initial email was sent to an email that is used for external clients only. She did not answer my question as to the current status of the pool key. I have had more than enough issues with this HOA. I just want a pool key so my tenant can stop asking me about it. I paid for it, they cashed the check and I would like a key mailed to me promptly.Desired Settlement: I would like the delivery of the pool key/card for my complex (Village Greens) mailed to my home address so that I can forward it to the tenant currently renting.

Review: Reliable Association Management, Inc is my Homeowners Association management company. I originally contacted the Mgmt company June 6th to request a new laundry key for my tenant. The management company changed the laundry room door lock without providing any notification. After numerous calls I was finally told to return the key and once the key was received [redacted] would mail out the new key. I mailed the key to the Mgmt Co on June 15th. I wasn't able to check on status since I was away. On Jul 7th [redacted] confirmed the key was received June 25th. [redacted], stated she would put the key in the mailed, but it would be certified. On Jul 13th I called to get the certified mail number so I could trace it. The post office stated the number given was incorrect. When I called on Jul 14th to verify the number they refused to give it to me. I then wanted to know why they provided false information and why my key wasn't mailed to me. No response. Rochelle said I would just have to wait. This is an inconvenience to my tenant and against our CCR's to not provide notification and to withhold the key.

Thank you for your help in getting resolved. I prefer not to involve any lawyers.Desired Settlement: I believe the management company owes me a discount on my payment due since they've violated the CCR's and caused extreme inconvenience to my tenant.
