This company has straight up evil business practices My husband bought a car years ago that had a value of maybe $2500, and after the $required warranty, the bank fee, the total was $10,after a $down payment We realized it was a bad move, and tried to return the car the next morning, and were told we signed a contract, and that's that The payments were ridiculous in consideration of his income, designed to default, and the car was a heapWe held on over a year and a half of a 1/year loan, but the vehicle broke down requiring a big repair not covered in the bs warranty I called Reliable Auto and asked if they could give us a month without a payment to cover it, they said no and promptly repossessed the car shortly after our passed due dateThey auctioned the vehicle, but added so many fees and court costs and interest, that we suddenly still owed $5kThey took our state taxes every year after, and still we owed the same amount Now they are garnishing my husband's wages, and despite $we paid in, plus the amount they got at auction, we magically owe them $The amount has actually grown after the taxes they tookIt's been years and they are viciously praying on the poor and finding a way to amass other fees to keep the debt going in perpetuityThey do not care about about anything but cornering the desperate who really need a vehicle and then squeezing them for money well beyond what one would consider reasonable or validDo not become one of their victims!

I purchased a vehicle through this company and it began a process of financial hardship leading me to bankruptcyThe people working for this predatory lender are unprofessional with poor customer service skillsThey attempted to garnish my pay in full bankruptcy protection, which my lawyer had to force them to give me my money backAlso, they sent tow trucks following me, like a common criminal when I was will to surrender the vehicleThey deliberately wanted to publicly embarrass me and collected the vehicle without any contact to myself or my lawyer while I was home asleep I discourage any individual from business with this companyIts a form of loan sharking by targeting individuals with less than stellar credit All this interaction took place two years after my loan defaulted, which struck me as odd since they never attempted to retrieve the vehicle prior to my bankruptcyPLEASE, understand this company is not practicing ethical standards and you have been warned
