First of I would like to Thanks Revdex.com for their fairness that give both party to give their sides of the story.We sold this vehicle to her AS IS from our side and we did give her month or 3,miles Power Train Warranty from Third party which we did pay for itWhen she came to purchase this vehicle she did bring somebody to check the car out for herOur Company Policy is that, we are not responsible for any other state inspection other than Virginia which is where Reliable Auto Sale is locatedShe called me after two weeks that her car will not pass Maryland Inspection, and she ask me if she can call the warranty company for her warranty said yesWhen she called the warranty company they told her to send the list of the repairs that needed to be done in the vehicle, which she never didNone of her issues with the car was related to Power Train which cover for Transmission and EngineEven though she bought the vehicle AS IS, I still offer my help to herI told Her to bring the vehicle to our dealership will pay half of the expense, but she never brought the vehicleHer plan was to return the vehicle and get a full refund, to which we said noAll the issues that she had with the vehicle was minor issues not a major issueAgain We did not sell her pre-certified vehicle,Sincerely,RELIABLE AUTO SALEMohammad N
