The $was just adjusted the other day! I was not given the opportunity to get my vehicle back after I asked why I had to pay a repo fee when I was told I wouldn'tI have that conversation recorded that proves I was told if I gave the keys to the man who showed me no identification, then there would be no feeI also offered that man my paymentHe REFUSED itThey came on a Sunday when I couldn't call the officeWhen I tried to make the payment the next day, Ed refused my check and also tacked on fees when I asked why they were being added onI also have that conversation recordedYou can hear how disrespectful all employees were, also that my check was deniedI tried speaking to the owner the following day and he too, denied me the opportunity to get my vehicleI have also had witnesses with me for every conversation allowing with recordings of the conversationsI'd like a full refund so I may get a vehicleThey made plenty of money off of me and could do at least thatMy trade in was profitted from as was the money I put into the durangoseeing as how they DOUBLED the price on itTo which I also have roof!

customer is happy!!! The day of sale I did a goodwill service contract and changed out the water pump on the vehicle( this was work that we had originally done and thought perhaps it was a faulty part) During the sale customer stated that upon looking at the vehicle that the overflow bottle had a
crack in it and I took off the purchase price of the vehicle in response because he was concerned and wanted to go get a new overflow and replace it himself The replacement water pump was not the problem the car overheated again and tylerHe brought it back to me and I recommended to send it to precise automotive to be compression tested The vehicle was taken to precise and the result of all findings was the vehicle was needing that replacement overflow bottle The whole reason was the bottle that the customer was aware of upon test drive and purchased the car at discounted price in compensation to replace that part himself Precise automotive gave him my discounted price on the repairs Customer is happy and problem was resolved quickly within days of purchase I believe this complaint was posted the initial day and customer had not gotten news on what the problem wasIt was actually the problem he had agreed to fix himself upon purchaseSpoke with customer and he said he would contact you to find out how to withdraw this complaint being that it was the repair he had already agreed to make himselfThank you for your time sincerely sarah b***

We have given Ms. [redacted] exactly what she asked for - a $900 adjustment to the amount she owed. She came back to our establishment after her vehicle was repossessed and became so belligerent with one of my employees the police had to be called. She returned a couple days later to claim all of her personal belongings and her license plates and walked away from the vehicle. We are done dealing with Ms. [redacted], both now and in the future.

I am rejecting this response because:I am not upset about a normal trade in value however, it was not disclosed to us that this vehicle had been totaled by an insurance company or we would have Never purchased it.  The CarFax report shows detailed information.  Also, we spoke with owner Donny on the phone and he promised to make this right when he returned home from vacation.  Owner Sarah informed us they would not be taking any responsibility in the matter.  So, we were lied to.
Regards,
