This business is closed! Mr [redacted] Knew from day one he had sub contractors as he is director of maintenance who worked hand and hand everyday with these subcontractors for weeks! as stated before he chose to only convey this information with the subcontractor and the two of them chose to wait until a later time ( over a year later) to even bring this issue to the business attentionKnowingly dismissing an issue that Mr [redacted] admittingly knew over a year and a half ago could be a concern, thus places sole responsibility and liability upon himself

I hired this company Reliable Catastrophe Restoration LLC for all work, I also paid this company no one elseIf they hired a sub contractor that is on them to call them.There is not proper air flow , causing mold issuesThe company did agree to come out and look, however they only would look at exteriorThe ridge vents have no air flow I wanted some to look at the interior issues where the plywood and paper are not allowing the proper air flow

This customer never said one word about this issue to the company, he had an issue with a fire stop metal and told the repair guy about this molding issue, after they both went to inspect this they couldn't find any leaking or water staining that may have caused this, Mr [redacted] then agreed that...

he would keep an eye on this later down the road to see if it became worse... This issue was not communicated with the company, but with a sub contractor. I was made aware of this two weeks ago.. We have since closed down the business and Mr [redacted] was made aware of that on 1-31-2017, his assumption is the ridge vent without any just cause in stating that claim and his exact words to me was maybe this is happening because now the building is sealed up tight and isn't breathing like in the past... This being an insurance scope, only what is approved is what is done and if this required additional venting after the fact, it would be on Shakura Gardens to pay the additional fees.. This is a false claim filed out of spite and ignorance!
