The customer contact us at Reliable chimes on April 2nd stating they had a problem with the chime.
We went thru trouble shooting the product to no avail. I then called the manufacturer to see if they had any ideas as to what was wrong. The manufacturer took until the 3rd of April to contact...

the customer. The customer called me  later that day to inform me that the chime was not working properly despite all instructions from the manufacturer.
I , [redacted] , then sent an email  to the  manufacturer , [redacted], that the chime need to be replaced .  A copy of the email was forwarded to the customer
That was all I heard with regard to the matter As I had asked the manufacturer to replace the chime.
On April 8th I was astonished to receive an email from the customer stating they had not received the replacement chime as the manufacturer was instructed. We had asked the manufacturer to replace the chime as I had thought it would be faster service to the customer as we were out of stock at that time. Unfortunately this was not the case. I then called the manufacturer to see what the problems were. [redacted] , the [redacted] stated he did not know the status as that was up to [redacted] ( the owner of [redacted]. I tried to contact [redacted] for two days ; finally reaching him . He stated that the replacement chime was shipped on April 10th and he spoke with the customer to inform them of the shipment.
I then responded to an email , as well as placing a phone call, we received last night informing the customer of all this information.

bought a door chime for Dover Pools in Salisbury Md the first one sent did not work in our store called reliable door chimes they sent me a new unit at no charge and it works perfect easy set up and great people to deal with Thanks

Review: We purchased a door chime on March 19th. On April 2nd, our issues of the door chime going off on its own got much worse. It was constantly going off. I called the 1-800 number and spoke to someone about the issues. Later that afternoon, I got a call from [redacted] and he walked me through lowering the sensitivity. After that, if appeared the chime was working properly. [redacted] told me that if we place the chime on a table with the sensor facing down, then the chime should not go off. This is an indication that it is working properly and he proceeded to tell me about different things that can affect the chime in how it works. The next day, the chime was continuously going off. I put it on a table face down and after several minutes, it started going off. I contacted the company again and was told they would take care of it as it was defective. I have since e-mailed the company twice to find out if we are going to get a replacement and even offered to send them the defective one back. So far, no one has given me any indication as to what they plan to do. I received an e-mail where [redacted] asked [redacted] if they were taking care of it, yet no one has actually told me if I will be getting a new chime or a refund. This is poor customer service. We need a door chime that works properly.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a replacement door chime, I am still within a 30 day warranty. I don't understand why there is no communication to let me know what needs to be done to get a replacement. I have asked in both e-mails, what I need to do on my end with no reply. We paid for a door chime, it would be nice to have one that works.
