I am rejecting this response because: This is the fourth pair of jeans that were ruined at you facility. the first two you gave a credit and repaired the jeans. The last two you said I got some kind of chemical on them. Well sir I work in a office environment for 44 years. I am a union vice chairman for the teamster ,I stay in the office . If there were any chemical on my clothes it comes from your place. I stated bleach or starch was on some of my clothes there are white spots that are eating through my cloths. You stated that it is the customers responsibly to make you aware at the time the clothes are drop off. I would not have clothes sent to cleaner with hole in them. Your job is to inspect clothes when drop off for stains, missing buttons, broken zippers and things found in pockets  (holes in clothes) and let the customers know of any issues with clothes. Like I said this is the fourth pair that was ruined at your facility and the last for me. My wife and I  have done business with you for years, you can look it up. But we will no longer be do business with you as I cannot keep getting the runaround about clothes ruined at your cleaners. As I have found there are cleaner  in the area that care and are a lot cheaper on their prices than you are. I will let people know how I was treated at your place and recommend  that they do business elsewhere. As you sir, just don't care.

The customer listed on this claim, [redacted] is a customer of our Bridge City location.  On January 4th he brought in 4 pair of jeans for cleaning that he picked up on January 5th.  On January 15th the customer returned with 1 more pair of jeans and picked those up on January...

18th.  The customer called back with a complaint to our Bridge City counter clerk that the 1 pair of jeans in question had bleach stains and/or holes on them and that they were ruined.  The clerk advised the customer to return the pair of jeans to her and she would research the situation.  The clerk brought the jeans to our facility to be reviewed.  Our facility does not stock nor use bleach of any sort on any clothing.  Out of 1000 pairs of jeans cleaned during this time frame, this is the only report of any damages to any pants.  It was determined that the jeans must have had some sort of chemical on them when dropped off that could have caused the hole during the cleaning process.  It is the customer's responsibility to make us aware at the time of drop if there are any chemicals on the garments.  It was determined at that time that we were not liable for damages incurred. The proper way to file a claim with our company is to return to the store with the damaged goods and a receipt from the original purchase of the goods.  At that time our clerk will assist the customer with completing a claim request and send it to management to be approved.  Once approved, our management will in turn send a company check to the customer for damaged goods.Regards,[redacted]-PresidentReliable Uniform Services
