profitable and pleasing experience for our clients and shoppers alike.  Our efforts and services, unfortunately, were sabotaged by Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] and their family by means of their refusal to uphold their end of the agreement / contract between the [redacted]’s and Reliable Estate Sales.  While it is unfortunate that the [redacted]’s are not satisfied, we cannot provide them with their request documented in the complaint:“We want our items returned, many of value, or we want the money for them.”Each of our estate sales begin with a contract stating services which will be performed and compensation to be expected in return for the services- also, within this contract, is also outlined what we know to be best practices in performing an estate sale. Best practices refer to practices which yield both client satisfaction and maximizing yield of each sale. Best practices are twofold, meaning we ask our clients as well as our staff to adhere to said practices. This particular client violated most, if not all, of the best practices outlined in our agreement. The violation of this client’s part of the agreement sadly contributed to a chaotic environment and an incomplete sale. This client interfered with our services by removing items from the sale, allowing family members to remove items from the sale and interfering with our staff at the time of the sale-  which undoubtedly contributed to the [redacted]’s complaint of missing items. We performed this sale at a loss after accounting for our advertising & staff expenses invested into this sale.  In short, the net compensation received by us from the [redacted]’s after overhead adjustment of said sale do not adequately allow us to fulfill their request.   Furthermore, the [redacted]’s have been compensated for the agreed portion (outlined in our contract) of the yield of the sale. Due to the interference of the [redacted]’s and their family and the inadequate funds produced by this sale, at this time, we struggle to find resolution to the complaint.   Thank you, again, for allowing us to respond to the Revdex.com complaint placed by the [redacted]’s. Best, [redacted]Reliable Esate Sales(970) 260-2327

I am rejecting this response because: Revdex.com [redacted],We just today 12/11 received the letter from Reliable's response. I will be enclosing a copy of the contract as we do not see how we violated the contract, it doesn't list any services. We were told by [redacted] that the family could come in the day before the sale to see if there were items they wanted instead he would not let themuntil the day it started, all family who bought items have their canceled checks to show where they paid for all items.I have many photos of items not accounted for and photos of the way the sale was displayed and the mess the place was left in after being told it would be put back in place and cleaned, it was not.We have many witnesses that have contacted us telling us of items given away free and wanting us to know some of the unethelical things they witnessed during the sale.He did not provide, golf carts to bring buyers up our very steep drive, security people, one person in each room to over see, he did not tell us his people would sleep in our beds, didn't say they would eat our food, didn't say he would be cooking in items we had in the sale.There were four of us that witnessed every time he talked to us about what he offered in service for our sale, How can he not give us an account of the items missing? Some were too big to walk away.It was pretty heart breaking for us after 40 years of our life to be taken advantage of like this. He made it sound so good, we liked and trusted him, our mistake.[redacted][To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response. If the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
