Jeremy and his team came today and did a 465 " fence and a double 10' gate... they did an awesome job! Thank you!!
I paid this company almost $6,000 for a fence that did not keep my 2 dogs in my yard. The owner refused to take responsibility for setting the fence too high. He claimed that I signed something relieving him of responsibility, but he did not send it to me when I requested the document. That's because I signed no such document. They also ruined my backyard with their heavy equipment. When I pointed it out to the owner, his reply was that "a few good rains will even it back out." Didn't happen. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
The customer had a previous person remove an old fence before we arrived. There were two extremely large and deep holes left by that person. We explained to the homeowner that the holes would need to be filled. We even offered to pick up the dirt and fill it while we were there. She did not want to pay the extra for the dirt to level the holes. Every customer is aware with their contact that we use heavy equipment. That we do our best not to tear up the grass but occasionally with the weight of the machines and softness of the ground it does occur. She was aware of this and said it was fine. The fence came out perfect in all locations the holes just need to be filled with dirt, which again was there when we got there and explained we could take care of if she wanted which she did not.
They did a fabulous job on what they put up. But the other job they just left in a pile and never came back to put it up. I've emailed, left text messages and several phone calls and messages and they have not returned my calls for over a month now. The wood and wire for the unfinished fence is still there. Not Reliable.
We showed up to complete three sections of fence that were agreed upon and material was purchased for. We completed two sections and the third section she decided last minute to not complete and needed to speak to husband about when to complete and where the fence should be. We spoke to Mrs. C and Informed her our schedule was booked for several months before we could come back out. She said that was fine, she was in no hurry, then we left. One week later we got harassing phone calls wanting us to return the next day. Due to not having an opening isn't he schedule when she needed, we suggested she find another company that could accommodate her in the time frame in which she needed.
