Reliable Gutters

I chose this company based on the high rating on HomeAdvisorThey were hired to re-attach a part of loose gutter, clean the gutter and replace missing edge metal flashingHowever, there were many problems with the way they handled this job The employee did not announce his arrival and departure and did not introduce himselfHe let himself into the backyard without notifying meI only noticed that he was in the backyard when I was leaving the house for a short errand when I met him in front of the house on my way outHe said he has been there for minutesI asked him if he is going to replace the missing edge metal flashingHe said he did not knowI suggested he check with his managerIt seemed that he was in a bad mood and was upset for some reasonHe then went into the backyard and for no apparent reason hit/punched the storage shed with his arm which loosened its roof I came back after about minutes and he was workingI did not realize when he left because he did not announce his departureHe did not update me about the flashing before he left The next day I found a piece of roofing and plant leaves in the yard and later I noticed that the gate to the backyard was not latched and was damaged, indicating that the employee was not careful enough as to not cause any damageAlso, he did not haul away the debris that he collected from cleaning the gutters I called the company and asked to speak with the manager and I was told that he was not availableI explained the situation to the employee and ask for the manager to call me back I did not receive any call for about two weeks when I sent an e-mail to the manager explaining the issue and to give him an opportunity to address my concerns and answer my questions, particularly regarding the missing edge metal flashingTo date I have not received any response I am not sure about the quality of the workmanship from this companyIf their behavior in this matter is any indication on their professionalism and workmanship, I question the quality of the work, especially considering the amount they have charged

The employee did not announce his arrival and departure and did not introduce himself. He let himself into the backyard without notifying me. I only noticed that he was in the backyard when I was leaving the house for a short errand when I met him in front of the house on my way out. He said he has been there for 15 minutes. I asked him if he is going to replace the missing edge metal flashing. He said he did not know. I suggested he check with his manager. It seemed that he was in a bad mood and was upset for some reason. He then went into the backyard and for no apparent reason hit/punched the storage shed with his arm which loosened its roof.
I came back after about 30 minutes and he was working. I did not realize when he left because he did not announce his departure. He did not update me about the flashing before he left.
