Our cost is for up to hours of handyman service work The light fixture was moved to its new locationAnd the sheetrock repairedYes and it sometimes requires an additional coat of compound to get the wall smoothHowever there is dry time involved and that may need to be done another day The customer states that our tech had damaged the finish on the fixture? The fixture may have been damaged on the previous install I can’t say for sureAccording to our mechanic nothing occurred that would cause damage to the fixtureWe requested pictures none were sentAs far as the cabinet hardware the drawer isn’t designed to have a pull on itIt would of been be put off centerAnd he would not of liked it I feel we had done our part and should be paid for the work

This project has been taken care of.  Locks have been re-tightened per customer's request.

The two photos that have been attached clearly reflect that the drawer pull Reliable Handyman Services Inc. claimed could not be attached, in a manner that would allow it to be properly centered, could and was in fact attached in a manner that would allow it to be centered properly. While I am not looking to be compensated for the cost incurred to have this particular carpentry job performed, that was to have been completed as part of the services Reliable Handyman Services Inc. was to complete, this clearly reflects upon the credibility of the statements made by Reliable Handyman Services Inc. in their response to my initial complaint in total. As such, I am again requesting compensation for those items listed in my initial complaint.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: Reliable Handyman installed a lockset on my back door on 3/8/14

Maybe three days later I notice the knob to the lock set was loose

I call the company to inform them someone would be out to fix it but they have not I have called them
