This business was very quick to sell me a new furnace and hot water heater, but when it came to resolving installation issues, they have tried to charge me. The lines were not bled properly during installation. The said they would come back to do this, but never did, and when I called about no heat, they told me it was because there was air in the lines. A so called technician could not fix it, so they sent the 'service manager' who did bleed the lines, but said they needed more. He left, and did not come back, and I received a bill for the service call. I have refused to pay. I saw on Facebook that others have had this same issue. They are not to be trusted.

Review: Since 2011 we have had trouble with the radiant heating in the floor of our Four Seasons room. The owner has REFUSED to call me back to discuss this problem this year. I have been trying to get him to call me back since October 5, 2012 when we turned our system on. His manager won't call back either. He wants us to make an appointment so he can charge a fee for coming to our house. The service call would be for the same problem we've been having since 2011 so I refuse to pay for a service call.Desired Settlement: We discuss the problem and determine what to do so the same problem won't happen next year.

Review: Called business on 12/29/2015 for no heat. Technician came out, seemed very nice. Fixed problem, or so I thought. On 1/1/2016, woke up and it was 51 degrees in house- same issues. Called and same technician came out on the holiday, and he said it was a different issue (like I would know any different), was charged a port-to-port fee for holiday of $195/hour. Guy was here 15 minutes, handed me bill for over $200 again. Now today, 1/3/2016 - I still have no heat.......and it's an after-hours call now, but 48 degrees is a little nippy. So after 6 days and now on the 3rd service call, let's see what the problem is now.

Office staff was friendly until I mentioned 2nd time I called, she got a little rude. This time when I said hi is this Unreliable Heating, cuz I need a tech to come out since after $500 and 2 days off work, I still have no heat.....she got really snotty as if I was bothering her.

Call Maki Heating in Antioch, had them out 2 years ago and guy was awesome......only reason I didn't use them again is because answering service kept taking calls & I really needed it fixed quickly the first time.Desired Settlement: I just want the furnace fixed. Without multiple service charges for the 3 visits........the Holiday rate should also be refunded as it was a follow-up because the problem was never truly resolved.

My husband and I were experiencing minor heating issues on a Wednesday in January. We had heat but it was acting funny. I called Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning LLC and explained my issue. I scheduled an appointment the next day (Thursday). They were to be out between 12:00 and 4:00, requiring one of us to take the day off. I called at 4:30 because no one had shown yet. At 5:00 he was at our house and by 5:30 he found what was wrong. He said he didn't have the part but would call in the morning when he had it, requiring us to take an additional day off of work. I paid him approximately $100 for his diagnostic service. He left and then we had no heat leaving us cold. The following day I called at 2:30 because I had yet to hear from the business. At 3:30 I hear back that they don't have the part and they would be without one until Monday. Without heat until Monday, I paid $100, I called on Wednesday about the issue, and it would require a third day off of work, this is unacceptable! I clearly called another company that was happy to help us the next day. I will be giving them a glowing report.
