My son had to rebuild his house almost from scratch and came upon a number of contractors along the way He said to me, "Mom, when it comes time to put in a new air conditioning system, don't get bids Just use Reliable Heating and Air." It was not a suggestion It was a command I did exactly as I was told and Reliable was FABULOUS For all the work they did to get rid of the two builder grade air conditioners and revert to one large Trane, which is how the house was originally designed, the price was excellent and so was the work I am very, very, very, very happy with ReliableThey went to the nth degree to get the optimal solution and explain to me why it was optimal And optimal for me was NOT optimal for the installing teamIt required a LOT of extra work While they were there, they spotted a leak in my water heater and called one of their plumbers, who came over and talked with us and explained exactly why it was dangerous So we also got a new water heater put in which needed to happen and may have saved us a flood And while the water heater team was there, they fixed a long-standing problem in one of my bathrooms Could not be happier with Reliable They are experienced and they are not doing their learning on you!!!
Reliable Heating & Air from the Fayetteville Ga /south of Atlanta office installed our new unit todayWe had Sam, Chuck, Jeff, and Johnny here for daysWe had most of our hvac system replacedThey were respectful, efficient, clean, and knowledgable! Ted, the sales representative, was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with They were all prompt as wellWe also used one of their plumbers named Bill who again went above and beyond what we expectedWe have wanted to do this for a long time and we are so blessed to have found these guys!
reliable just put a lien on my home for the entire amt of the work, when there are no compressors installed. I was NEVER notified about a lien until I called to make a large payment. Now they want 80% and I won't have compressors for another month. lee cook thought it was funny when I told him I am not stupid. Stay far, far away!!!
I was awarded a judgment against Reliable Heating & Air LLC in Sept 2011 (they would not honor their warranty and installed unit not up to code). After numerous attempts to collect this judgment, they continue to ignore me. I cringe every time I hear their advertisements -- all lies as far as I am concerned. They had over 15 complaints on YELP in 2015 and that is only one site. In my opinion one can expect to be cheated. Research this company completely!
