After receiving quotes from several heating and air companies we chose to use Reliable for an AC installation We were told by phone the date and time the AC installation would take place Several days later we received a confirmation call stating a different time for the install which we agreed to On the day of the install we were told the install would happen an hour later No one showed up or called from Reliable to say there would be a delay in our install We understood that Atlanta traffic can be challenging and we waited nearly an hour before calling the office to find out the installers ETA The installer then called and stated it would be another hour more than likely before he would show Again, we understand that issues come up and traffic can be challenging, but we deserved the decency of a call We were cash customers that chose them above other companies Since they were not professional enough to call and let us know of the installer would be delayed several hours we decided to use another company This was no way to begin a business relationship We found them to be very unprofessional
