items to be completed as outlined in our contract. We have tried on several occasions to get this agreement but have not had a response from this customer. We have and will be happy to address any of this customer's issues once we have a signed agreement

I never received any information from the Revdex.com regarding the status of this case. I checked to find it closed. WHY?
I read Reliable's response. Contrary to what they report
A) I provided them a punch list of repairs over two months ago. Nothing has been done. In fact, according to the contract their project supervisor was to be involved in completing the punch list. That never happened.
B)Reliable has not been at our house for five months. They still have items that need to be installed(window, hallway bath plumbing) that is in the contract and has not been completed. Those items are in the signed contract for which they have been paid 100% of contractual fees.
They are the one's in violation of contract. The project started in October 2013 with a scheduled completion in Feb 2014. It is now Oct 2014 and they have not even installed or repaired items in the contract. How is that a fault of the customer.
They have been notified in writing over three months ago to complete the projects that are specified in the contract. We have no plumbing in one of the two bathrooms they started. How is that a fault of the customer??? I
I would like a response as to why this case was closed. It seems that you took Reliable's response as gospel. I have written documentation as well as pictures proving that they have been notified, and for whatever reason refuse to complete even what is contractual.
As originally reported, they need to finish the installation of the window and bathroom plumbing that has never been installed.
Two, the tile floor is damaged with apoxy grout from the tile laborers not protecting it. That needs to be replaced or due compensation.

Once again, Reliable refuses to address the issues that I have continually presented to the Revdex.com. Simply stated, we have a signed contract with Reliable. The work was started 10/13 and had a projected finish date of 02/14. We have paid the 70k in full. In fact, Relaible owes us monetary credits.
With that being said, Reliable has not been at our home for over seven months. The have not completed, installed or repaired items that are clearly stated in the contract.
For example, plumbing for the hall bath has never been installed, leaving it completely inoperable. Why would reliable not complete this? We paid our money, it's in the contract.
A major window has never been installed. Why has Relable not done it, it' stipulated in the contract? Relaible has known for 11 months that the master shower they installed has never worked properly, yet they have made no effort to fix it. Why?
There are other issues, but these are clear examples of how Reliable has not upheld their contractual agreement.
Reliable states that they are happy to complete the project when they get a signed agreement. Well I just highlighted issues that the have not completed despite a signed contract.
In addition, despite what Relaible is saying, they have been provided with a punch list of items that need to be completed. That list was presented to them months ago. And yet they made no effort to complete even one of the issues.
Bottom line, this back and forth correspondence is accomplishing nothing. Reliable has done nothing to address the issue. They have not even provided a reasonable and rational defense to my complaints that have been channeled through the Revdex.com.
I am asking the Revdex.com to consider this. Why after 13 months (in what was scheduled to take 3 or 4 months) has Reliable not even completed basic contractual items that have been paid for in full. They have not been at our home for 7 months. Why is Relaible asking for another signed agreement to complete the work. We have not made any changes to the original contract, so why another signed agreement? Finally, if indeed Relaible was working with us and shown good faith to even complete the basics, we certainly would not have had to retain legal counsel at $300 per hour.
The Revdex.com can certainly decide to overlook my complaint, and continue providing Relaible with an excellent rating, I am in no position to make decisions on behalf of the Revdex.com. My purpose in seeking out the Revdex.com was two fold; 1) I was hoping that Reliable would have stepped up and took care of the open issues, they have not, and 2) to hopefully alert consumers who may be considering Relaible about how Relaible has turned our experience Into a living nightmare and tragedy.

Once again, we have a meeting set up at the customer's home on 12/11 with all the parties involved in this. We are certainly interested in finishing this project as well. Hopefully an agreement can be reached as to the customers punch list items and we can get back to finishing this project which is all we have ever endeavored
to do.
