None of the complaint is true there was an incorrect measurement and there was a verbal agreement between the client & myself that I would cover the cost of labor & she would cover the cost of materials in response to the financial statement the reason we went to court was I purchased the over $in extra materials that was paid for by myself as a new business I think that's pretty good ive been working in this town a long time in the 16yrs i've work in this county this is the very fist complaint ( I've done literal over a hundred of roofs in this county alone let alone the surrounding ones not to pull my own chain or inflat my ego but I have contractor from other company's that call or a few time pleaded for me to help with something that is a little over there head all this can be verified I have references that I offer all my clients yes I did lose the case reason being I took the word of a elderly women (whom just the day before was holding my my new baby saying how great it looks) The color of the shingles were chosen by the homeowner off a product display yes I wrote black nut the color on the house was what was chosen home owner was asked to inspect after first two sqwere installed on a flat visibly area were once again was told "they look great so nice my nabor will be jealous"if there is any other color the pewter gray they were placed the by someone after the completion as for the four payments yes once asked for a draw (something that is common with large jobs such as this on) again I am a new businessim done explaining my self this homeowner knows how polite my crew and I were she seen all the receipts im now starting to fell harassed once I lost I took it as a leason and moved on there is a beautiful roof that is warrantied not to leak as I said before this home owner knows the truth hope she realizes so does the higher power or god wish they would stop and move on with life if she wants to go further like the first judge said your complaining about this roofthat ive work in the town as long as he could remember and id never been in his court I pray this home owner find something else to do with there time id hate to have to take lea gal action for this harassment Thank You James MG [redacted] Reliable Roofing & Home Repairs
