This customer has been working with us to get her service converted to the new owner This customer signed a month monitoring agreement so she is contractually obligated to pay for the service under the terms of the contract We have made several attempts to get the new homeowner to
complete the necessary paperwork to transfer the service The new homeowner has the required paperwork in hand but as of this date has not returned the signed paperwork In order to complete the transfer, we must get the signed paperwork from the new homeowner so we know the new homeowner is committing to fulfilling the contractual obligation We continue to followup with the new homeowner so we can transfer the obligation and service and let the current homeowner out of her contract Unfortunately, all parties are waiting for the new homeowner to sign and return the paperwork Until we have that, we are on hold and the original contract obligation must be met by the original customer It is very frustrating for us as well

Our customer sold there house and canceled their service Our billing partner did not cancel the account on the date of the customers request Therefore, we had an unpaid balance remaining and our customer was forwarded to collections ( all of which were in error) Many collection
calls were made to our customer to collect an unpaid amount that our customer did not owe.Unfortuantely, the issue was not reolved until I reviewed the customer complaint and discovered we had this issue I spoke several times to our customer and billing partner to get the error corrected and all collection activity stopped Our customer has a zero balance and has been canceled as of the appropriate date The issue has been resolved.I sincerely apologized to our customer for the poor service they received I also instructed our billing partner to change their collection efforts as a result of the feedback I received from our customer.*** ***President
