Reliable Imaging has provided toner cartridges and printer maintenance for our company for several years. We use approximately $3000 a month in toner cartridges. Reliable maintains our toner cartridge inventory. and provides printer maintenance. Our printers are in a manufacturing environment and Reliable has done an excellent job in keeping them up and running. I would not hesitate to recommend their products and services.

I have had nothing but good experience with Reliable. I must get a dozen phone calls a day from various vendors that want to do business with us, most of which come from telemarketers that seem either uninformed, or uninterested in what it is they actually do. Mike, with Reliable Imaging, has been a breath of humorous air in a world otherwise populated with the stale and mundane scripted sales pitches every other vendor seems determined to use.

After I'd given my trust, they proceeded to keep it with not only timely order filling and accurate invoicing, but with the same personal touch they'd used to earn my business in the first place. I've read a number of negative reviews regarding both this company, and Mike himself. I can only assume they were written by people that were either having a very bad day, or for some reason or another lost their sense of humor somewhere along the way to adulthood. I would definitely recommend Reliable Imaging as an honest, and earnest company. And I'd recommend Mike, specifically, as a good natured and trustworthy sales person.

This supplier has been reasonable and works well with us on delivery, quality, and pricing issues.
