Reliable Improvements

Hired Kevin for a small x front entrance with ceramic tile--he was charging a lot more than other contractors, however we just wanted to get it done as we had been already waiting for months for another contractor to complete this job Took Kevin days to complete job He seemed very proud of his work, however when husband looked it he discovered lines did not match up and looked like a ' botched ' job My husband called Kevin and text him a few times and said ' this job is not satisfactory Kevin '--Kevin said, don't pay me then--I will come up and remove tile I installed and will pay for new tile to be installed'--both my husband & I agreed we did not want Kevin back to remove tile ( for obvious reasons )--after we got new tile and contractor to install properly we again tried to reach Kevin--Kevin asked that we contact him by email--which we did--sent him invoice for newly purchased tile--No response
