San Antonio, [redacted] and our corporate office # 1[redacted].  The insured was willing to pay the policy but the granddaughter kept interfering not wanting her to pay. Mr [redacted] was never rude to the insured. She has been a client of ours for many years, it is the granddaughter who wants to cancel the policy at all cost. Our agent [redacted] already collected the premium from the insured for february’s payment.
