We hired Vacaville Glass to replace all the windows and back door for usWe requested "new construction" windows due to dislike for retro fit windowsThe first issue was that after the first day they left tools, ladders and debris laying aroundMind you we have a yr oldWe then noticed that the windows in the bathrooms were off center and seemed too smallWhen we questioned *** about this we were told that it was due to the tile in bathroomAfter a day and a half we were presented with the permit for the jobMind you they have been here for a day and a halfThey were almost doneThe building inspector informed us that he was supposed to have been called out to inspect flashing but because they did not pull the permit till last minute the building inspector was not able to actually do a full inspectionSo we have no idea if the job was done correctlyThen to top it off we then noticed that they failed to stucco or put in trim below our sliding doorSo for now we get to look at the flashing paper till they can get back out here to fix thatTo top it all off the contractors seemed to not care at all about walking back and forth on my new carpet with their dusty dirty shoesNor did they care about stomping on and bending our patio cover that is metalI had to call the office and complained the first morning that they failed to bring enough plywood so that they could walk on top of the patio coverMind you I even called their office and reminded them that they needed plywood so they would be able to get on top of the cover and do the installation of of our windowsAfter complaining they did finally go pick up more ply wood but they still managed to bend the metal in numerous areas
