I am rejecting this response because:Until Jeff is able to come to terms with the mistakes he made, and admit to the truthful events described in the original complaint, I will not accept the response and the complaint will remain openI am willing to be flexible on the refund amount, but will not accept less than $140.00, which is the amount of the second visitThe primary reason I called Jeff back for a second visit was to inspect the second wall again, which was something that he had already done on the first visit and failed to identify the wall as load-bearingRegardless of any other conversation we had on the second visit, the purpose of the visit was to reconcile the bad advice he gave during the first visit, which was a result of not inspecting the wall with diligence. To summarize, the result I am seeking from this complaint:Jeff to recognize his failure to provide the primary services that were requested on the first visit, which was to inspect the walls, and to admit his mistakeI will accept a full refund of the second visit, in the amount of $140.These are the minimum terms I am willing to acceptThe assumption is if these terms are met, the complaint will be accepted and will not be logged on the Revdex.com websiteI hope Jeff seriously considers everything and is able to bring this to a conclusion

[redacted] was asking me to wire up his basement remodel with no electrical permit pulled for the work he was doing I was not going to put my reputation and my Minnesota General Contractors license at risk [redacted] was having trouble with a company he hired to help him with his basement projects The services he was having this company perform was not up to his expectations (his words) The frustration he was having had nothing to do with me

Revdex.com Representative,I am sorry to hear the customer is still upset about the situation/services rendered. I shared my responses and can see that the client has a very different view of what transpired. I have been in the contracting/construction business for more than years, with over satisfied clients, and have never had a complaint about workmanship or services like this. I do not feel the performance of services rendered from me, was to blame for this fiasco. I am will to reduce/refund a portion of the second meetings invoice by $60. I would like to ask *** to think about, the additional services recommended/performed to/for him, while I was on site inspecting his lower level remodeling project; How to go about giving him recommendations as to how to repair the many drywall areas issues in his media room.Giving him a written diagram on the back of his office wall, of how a three way electrical circuit is created for this area. How to move/rewire an electrical wire from an unwanted area.Recommending a Roll off/dumpster company who had reasonable rates, and who (***) ultimately requested services from them, *** *** * ***.My time is valuable, as is ***'s. I would like to ask *** if any of these things were useful or of value to him? I am here to serve, not to be served. I believe it is a privilege to serve other people when asked. That is how I run my business and my life.thanksJeff ***

[redacted] was asking me to wire up his basement remodel with no electrical permit pulled for the work he was doing.  I was not going to put my reputation and my Minnesota General Contractors license at risk. [redacted] was having trouble with a company he hired to help him with his basement projects....

The services he was having this company perform was not up to his expectations (his words).  The frustration he was having had nothing to do with me.
