Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.NOTE To Revdex.com: THIS DOES NOT PROVIDE A SOLUTION TO THE COMPLAINT OR PROBLEM DESCRIBEDTHIS ACTION/DOCUMENTS HAVE ALREADY BEEN SUBMITTED TO RELIABLE MAN MOVERS OF SAN DIEGO (WE ARE GETTING IGNORED AFTER GIVING THIS INFO AND THEY PRETEND THEY DON"T HAVE OUR CLAIM SUBMISSION FOR DAMAGES
This is "stalling tactics, games, "cat and mouse" charade I described in my complaintI clearly stated the movers who did the damaged acknowledged the damaged, took photos, promised to submit the claim and someone would call me to arrange insurance payment for damagesThat was over months ago.I called ***, the operations manager days later who told me this is the first time he heard of this and that the moving men did not submit the claimHe told me to submit photos and a description of the damaged items to a "claims" email addressI did this over weeks agoI have prompted Reliable Man Movers numerous time to respond over the last weeks and have been getting ignoredPer state of CA law and according to the "California Public Utilities Commission" they are supposed to pay for damages caused by their employees, by law respond promptly and pay for damagesNow Reliable Man Movers response to my complaint that they have not responded to my numerous submissions of the photos of this damage and description of the damage is "submit a description of the damages." What? Are you kidding? Didn't I already state in my complaint we did this over and over again and are getting ignored. At this point, since Reliable Man Movers has not bothered to contact me and provide such an inept Revdex.com response after over months of trying to get them to receive a simple claim, I'm going to file a complaint with the California Attorney General's Office, California Public Utilities Commission and Federal Trade Commission (FTC).I urge any consumers who have had damages by Reliable Man Movers and are getting the 'run around' and games when it comes to filing an insurance claim to do the same thingAlso, write complaints onlineI see there are already many poor reviews of Reliable Man Movers for similar issues like I described in my original complaint
